The Arc now offers In-Home Supports for DDS eligible adults (ages 22+). Staff provide person-centered care that promotes individuals’ abilities to live in their homes and communities. Services include the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans as well as ongoing engagement with the individual’s family. The team provides support and skill building with finance/money management, health, shopping and meal preparation, use of community resources and safety, and other social skills. In addition, the team provides education in self-determination and self-advocacy to enable individuals to become more independent and productive in their communities. Eligibility is determined by DDS.
