Since 1951, The Arc of the South Shore has been dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, to live full, meaningful, and self-directed lives. Through a comprehensive range of services, including Adult Family Care (AFC), Autism Supports, Day Habilitation, Early Intervention, Community-Based Day Services, Community Supports, Personal Care Management (PCM), Positive Behavior Supports, and Residential Supports, we help individuals of all ages reach their goals and achieve their fullest potential.

Rooted in the South Shore and proudly serving Braintree, Cohasset, Hingham, Hull, Milton, Norwell, Quincy, Randolph, Scituate, Weymouth, and communities throughout Greater Southeastern Massachusetts, The Arc continues to grow and innovate while remaining committed to the values that have guided us for generations.

Unless otherwise stated, all part-time positions (20-29 hours) have a sign-on bonus of $1,000 and full-time positions (30-40 hours) are $2,000. Bonuses are paid in two increments.
