Eileen Guilford

After over 25 years of proudly serving as a Group Home Manager for The Arc of the South Shore, I’ve recently stepped into a new role as Residential Director. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting and advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live meaningful, empowered lives in their communities.
The Arc’s mission has always been close to my heart, and now, I’m lacing up my sneakers to go even further—literally! I’ve decided to run the Falmouth Road Race this August in support of The Arc. This run is more than just a race for me—it’s a celebration of the incredible individuals we serve, the dedicated staff I work alongside, and the inclusive future we’re building together.
I’ve set a goal to raise $2,000, and every dollar goes toward enriching the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through critical programs and services. I would be so grateful for your support—whether through a donation, spreading the word, or cheering me on!
Let’s run together toward a more inclusive world.
