Enjoy a magical story time and therapeutic yoga class that will bring featured books to life! A limited number of sensory book kits are available each class. Christine of Little Bee Yoga motivates children to be active while promoting the traditional aspects of yoga: meditation, breathing techniques, peace and relaxation. Pre-registration is required.
