Michael Andrade, President and Chief Executive Officer, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has over 25 years of experience in the non-profit arena which includes developing and managing services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The Arc of Bristol County Pooled Trust currently supports over 200 individuals and has funds under management exceeding $15,000,000 in partnership with Bristol County Savings Bank, Bristol Wealth Group.

Maryann Hyatt has worked in the human services field advocating for individuals with disabilities and their families for more than three decades. As the Chief Operating Officer at Berkshire County Arc, she oversees many of the Berkshire County Arc’s programs, including strategic planning, Family Support and Respite Services, Adult Family Care and Pooled Trusts.
