  It is stress management for kids and incorporates cardio conditioning\, f
 un music to teach the children the traditional benefits of yoga: meditatio
 n\, breathing techniques\, peace and relaxation.\n\n9:00am - 9:45am - ages
  3-6\n10:00am - 10:45am - ages 7-12\n11:00am - 11:45am - ages 12+\n\nBehav
 ioral support staff will assist with each group.  All activities can and w
 ill be modified/adapted for all abilities\, allowing all individuals to en
